Withdraw from contract

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from (cancel) your CitedTravel subscription within 14 days of the day you subscribed, without giving any reason (your right to withdraw). If you asked for your plan to start right away, you pay only for the days you used and we refund the rest; if you did not, we refund everything. We make the refund within 14 days of the day you tell us, to your original payment method.

To withdraw, fill in this form and press "Confirm withdrawal". You can also send us any other clear statement of your decision, for example an email to support@citedtravel.com. It is enough to send it before the 14 days end. We confirm by email either way.

We send the confirmation of your withdrawal to this address.

With your key we can cancel your subscription right away. Without it, we check your request by email first.
