Manage or cancel your subscription

Cancel, switch between Builder and Pro, update your card or download invoices in Stripe's secure customer portal. Enter the API key of your paid plan to open it.

What happens when you cancel

Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep your paid plan until the end of the month you have already paid for, and your key then falls back to the free plan. You will not be charged again.

Lost your key?

Your subscription is sold through Link (Stripe), so you can also cancel at link.com: sign in with the email address you used at checkout. Or email support@citedtravel.com from that address and we will cancel it for you.

EU and UK consumers: 14-day right to withdraw

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you can withdraw within 14 days of subscribing: use "Withdraw from contract" on the Support page, or email support@citedtravel.com with the subject "Withdrawal from contract". See your right to withdraw.
